German Speaking Accounts Payable Lead

Your key responsibilities:
- Book invoices accurately and timely in SAP or XENTIS systems.
- Lead independent processing of incoming invoices, payment instructions, approvals, tracking, bookings, and payment runs.
- Address complex inquiries and complaints related to payment processes.
- Supervise payment processing accuracy and support fund accountants in their daily tasks.
- Monitor budgets and liquidity, providing actionable insights.
Drive knowledge transition by:
- Leading training sessions at the originating location.
- Developing process documentation and best practices.
- Ensuring seamless transfer of responsibilities, tools, and systems.
Your ideal profile:
- Previous experience in accounting, especially in fund accounting or accounts payable.
- Strong expertise in German VAT law and accounting regulations is highly preferred.
- Advanced MS Office skills, with proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Very good English & German language skills.
