Job Description:

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement in the Baltic and Central Asia regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel marketing plans to meet sales targets and customer needs.
  • Manage the Eloqua platform to deliver channel communications and track campaign performance.
  • Administer the Brandmuscle tool to maintain COOP & MDF infrastructure and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Marketing Managers, Sales Team, and Digital Marketing group to support major regional deals.
  • Oversee field marketing activities in the Baltic and Central Asia regions.
  • Develop and implement an effective umbrella marketing strategy and tactical marketing plan of activities for the region.
  • Manage the marketing budget, roll out programs, and provide concise reports on campaign performance.
  • Drive cohesiveness within field marketing (channel partners and direct customers).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor degree or marketing qualification required.
  • Experience in a B2B channel marketing environment.
  • Deep understanding of Channel focused Marketing requirements.
  • Demonstrable project management skills.
  • Marcom experience, including channel communications and events management.
  • Demonstrated regional and international experience interacting with distributors and reseller.
  • Agency or vendor management.
  • Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Excellent budget management skills.
