Job Overview

We seek a skilled and ambitious Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute tailored sales plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Account Management: Nurture existing relationships with lift installers, fostering account growth and new business possibilities.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand and address the unique needs of customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Project Support: Assist in onboarding new clients and provide financial and technical information related to elevator projects.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, identify risks, and implement strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in business development or technical sales, preferably in construction, machinery, or building services sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a process-driven approach.
  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
