We are seeking an experienced Product Business Strategist to join our team at Mondelēz International.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role starts from €3700 per month, plus an annual bonus payment based on individual performance. Additional benefits include top-notch training, opportunities for career growth, and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze market needs and product features design
  2. Manage the delivery of product features using Agile framework
  3. Document and refine user stories backlog in JIRA, document test scripts in Qtest and lead UAT, drive release SIT and hyper care
  4. Work with Release team for planning, execution and monitoring product releases and test preparation in qTest for each Sprint and Release
  5. Identify and manage solution dependencies with other products and engage with Integration Lead to understand the impact on middleware components
  6. Participate in scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, review, retrospectives, daily stand ups, SIT/UAT reviews, hypercare tracking etc
  7. Support PM in managing project status, project financials, TGM/Hybrid Agile tollgate tracking to complete agreed deliverables as per timeline

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts including key principles
  • Understanding of different Agile frameworks with focus on Kanban and Scrum incl. Scrum activities/events, artefacts and key roles/responsibilities in this framework
  • Experience in managing requirements based on epics/user stories and knowledge of best practices and frameworks that can be utilized in this space
  • Experience with facilitating backlog refinement sessions of cross functional teams, translating business requirements and processes into flow-charts and delivery team user stories mapped onto the technical solution stack
  • Understanding of business processes and the role of Sales Force Automation products in Sales Execution
  • Knowledge and experience in usage of collaboration and test management tools (JIRA/qTest) would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work with colleagues in different markets and regions.
