Responsibilities and Requirements:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced customer support advisor to join our team. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across various touchpoints. This includes assisting customers with queries and issues, providing helpful information, and ensuring seamless interactions throughout their journey with our brand.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian (C1+ level) and English, with experience in handling customer service tasks such as phone, email, and chat communication. Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks are essential for this role.

You will contribute to delivering seamless customer-focused service across both digital and physical platforms, build strong relationships with customers to ensure continued engagement, and work closely with colleagues to improve internal processes and drive better customer outcomes.
