Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support and coordinate HR Operations processes across multiple countries, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery by external partners. In this role, you will handle complex cases, act as a point of escalation, and drive the digitization and optimization of Hire-to-Retire processes using the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate HR Operations processes with external partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Manage payroll administration and approval, providing final validation and sign-off.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and external vendors to ensure smooth service transitions and manage mobility cases.
  • Handle complex cases and process escalations, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  • Support the implementation and change management of global Hire-to-Retire processes.
  • Promote the adoption of Workday, encouraging Employee and Manager Self-Service for essential HR processes.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Business proficiency in Polish, German, and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience coordinating external vendors.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and completion.
  • Experience with Workday and knowledge of basic labor law principles for Hire-to-Retire processes.
  • Background in shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) is essential.
  • Experience in HR transformation and service transition is desirable.
