HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. This role will be responsible for providing efficient HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees as well as HR Partners in a respective region.
About the RoleThis position involves complex problem resolution and case management for a designated region. The successful candidate will deliver HR processes and, in some regions, also cover benefits, time and attendance and some payroll activities. They will liaise with HR Partners and CoEs to deliver timely and quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist employees and HR Partners on global processes and generic questions on benefits, payroll, compensation and HR policies.
- Perform Workday entries and corrections as requested by employees, Talent Acquisition and HR Partners. Provide self-service support if needed.
- Maintain (create, update) SOPs and respective HR articles to ensure these are reflecting current processes.
- Achieve set KPIs and goals, adhere to established customer service standards.
- Perform special projects as assigned by the management team.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience (at least 1 year) in general human resources / benefits/ payroll;
- Ability to understand, interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures and ability to deliver excellent customer care for complex queries;
- Critical thinking, problem solving and judgement skills;
- Ability to deliver excellent customer care;
- Service-oriented attitude and willingness to train other team members;
- Good listening skills and patience to work with all types of employees;
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude;
- Individual should have high energy with the ability to organize / prioritize workload.
- Technical skills, basic IT skills and knowledge
- Good business English is a must. Additional languages eg: Portuguese, Spanish, German is a strong plus

CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
