We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Ambassador to join our client's esteemed Hotel in KSA. As the first point of interaction for our guests, your warm personality and exceptional communication skills will make all the difference.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and people management abilities, ensuring that every visitor has an unforgettable dining experience from arrival to departure. Flexibility is key, as you must be willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the hotel's sitting area with a smile
  • Provide accurate waiting times and manage waiting lists efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and handle reservations with professionalism
  • Escort clients to designated dining or bar areas and ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Offer menus and assign waiters/waitresses as needed
  • Monitor table orders and synchronize with interval staff on available seating options
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and coordinate with janitorial staff
  • Provide special attention to guests such as children or senior citizens
  • Handle inbound calls and address client queries promptly
  • Support wait staff as required
Requirements:
  • High school education is mandatory for this position
  • Certification in Hospitality is preferred
  • Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress in a reputable restaurant
  • Familiarity with restaurant protocol
  • Understanding of health and safety guidelines
  • Proficiency in handling reservations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong soft skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts, on holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Pleasant personality with good customer service skills
  • Good decision-making abilities
  • Amenable to working in KSA
  • Proficient in the English Language
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $2,500-$3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and job requirements.
