Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at PTAK S.A. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for suppliers and contractors in the Polish and foreign markets
- Integrate knowledge from different fields to solve complex problems
- Send requests for quotations to subcontractors and suppliers
- Cooperate with contractors to find the best solution
- Analyze offers and participate in price negotiations
- Settle accounts with subcontractors - prepare settlement protocols, summaries, and check their compliance with the budget
- Collaborate with the Project Manager
- Keep records of documentation for ongoing investments
- Prepare investment schedules, monitor deadlines, prepare progress and final protocols, and supervise the progress of work both internally and with contractors
Requirements
- Very good command of the English language
- Professional experience in an interdisciplinary team that combines experts and needs from various industries
- Ability to look for unconventional solutions
- Strong drive to achieve goals
- Logical thinking skills
- Optional
- Experience working with project documentation will be an additional asset
- Knowledge of the construction industry will be an additional asset

The expected categories of data recipients are employees, contractors, and service providers. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude an employment contract. Data will be processed for a period of 12 months, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
