Job Title: IT Procurement Specialist

Expondo GmbH is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring all IT-related equipment, software licenses, and subscriptions necessary for the organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure reliable supply chains.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT equipment, licenses, and subscriptions.
  • Process purchase orders and manage the entire procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
  • Prepare and manage the IT procurement budget, monitoring and reporting on expenditure to ensure it aligns with the budget.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, including terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and subscriptions.
  • Work closely with IT, finance, and other departments to understand their needs and ensure procurement aligns with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT procurement or a similar role.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
