Your Role
As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing experienced, interdisciplinary, and often geographically distributed teams of Capgemini's best professionals and managers. You will plan and manage schedules and budgets for your own bid projects, building relationships and collaborating with top internal stakeholders.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity qualification to contract signature and handling the sales-to-delivery handover. Ensuring key clients' requests are addressed on time while maintaining top-quality is also crucial.
Your Profile
We seek an individual with at least one year of proven experience as a bid manager or project manager. You should be able to communicate in English and German effortlessly (at least B2/C1 level). Experience in custom software development projects (at least a few years) and/or proven capability of team management (at least 3 years) is also required.
