Job Description

SGS, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification, is seeking a skilled IT Business Process Owner to lead the company's digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business process management and IT, with expertise in requirement gathering, validation, and business process compliance. They will be responsible for representing business needs from an IT perspective during requirements preparation and validation, ensuring tool designs align with business vision, processes, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between business and IT, translating operational processes into detailed User Stories.
  • Build and validate requirements with stakeholders, ensure traceability from definition through to testing, and participate in design workshops.
  • Provide input during design workshops, ensure solutions meet end-user needs, and maintain compliance with business requirements.
  • Develop test cases and scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and consolidate feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare eLearning materials, create user manuals, promote system adoption, and support change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business process management or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership experience in IT process areas with cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Background in Certification Operations within Business Assurance.
  • Strong expertise in requirement gathering, validation, and business process compliance.
