Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee human resources operations, employee engagement, and organizational processes. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our workplace culture, streamlining HR procedures, and supporting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and gathering feedback to improve employee retention.

Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:

  • Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys, one-on-one meetings, and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Organize and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as a key liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment on organizational goals.
  • Work closely with managers to provide HR support for team development and problem resolution.

Training and Development:

  • Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and skill development.
  • Facilitate performance reviews, provide coaching, and deliver constructive feedback to employees.

Organizational Culture:

  • Drive initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to align organizational culture with company values.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, TechTorch offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
