We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to enhance our organizational growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will implement solutions that improve HR processes, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process improvements in HR, automating tasks and introducing tools based on current needs and future growth.
  • Support leadership and managerial staff in competency development, succession planning, performance assessments, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • Foster internal and external communication, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team to promote career opportunities at LLI.
  • Cultivate a sustainable organizational culture through active participation in events within LLI and the local community.
  • Represent LLI at industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP.
  • Proven expertise in HR processes.
  • B2B contract management experience.
  • A basic understanding of labor law.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
