Job Title: Senior Value Creation Manager

Allegro sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Value Creation Manager to lead the expansion of our presence into new markets. This key role will drive the development and execution of long-term country strategies, as well as the orchestration of market launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch Planning & Execution: Facilitate discussions regarding localization of customer and merchant value propositions for new markets. Manage internal stakeholders to deliver Allegro's value proposition, such as local carriers and payment integrations.
  • Project Management: Identify key deliverables, structure activities into work assignments, and plan, monitor, and adjust project timing and work to meet changing demands.
  • Cross-Departmental project execution & One Team Approach: Drive alignment across various departments to support the implementation of new country strategies and successful market launches.
  • Launch Playbook & Process Optimization: Use insights from each launch to continuously improve the launch playbook and make launch processes more efficient and less resource-intensive.
Requirements:
  • Top-tier degree, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity or strategic planning, project management, and process optimization within the eCommerce industry or a Big Tech-type environment
  • Proven track record of successfully leading expansion projects and optimizing complex cross-functional processes within European countries will be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making within the eCommerce context
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities (esp. in matrix management structure), with a focus on fostering collaboration, managing stakeholders, and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - ability to (i) to exhibit powerful, concise, and effective written and verbal communication, (ii) provide a logical structure when covering subjects and making recommendations, (iii) influence and effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences, (iv) design and develop documentation for guidelines, standards, procedures, and processes that meet the needs of the target audience
  • Fluency in business English, both written and spoken
