ServiceNow Consultant Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Consultant to join our team at 1dea, a leading IT consultation company. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ServiceNow platform, ITSM process migration, and ServiceNow development tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and configure ServiceNow modules for streamlined professional and managed services.
  • Migrate ITSM processes to new Delivery Platform using CSM and SPM.
  • Build custom workflows, forms, and automation for time and material and fix-price projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, BOs, and POs to deliver ServiceNow consultancy and solutions.
  • Mentor team members.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years industry experience, with 4+ years as a ServiceNow Consultant (CSM and SPM).
  • Master of out-of-box process customization and ServiceNow development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs).
  • Expert in update set creation, promotion, testing, and production deployment.
  • Confident in ServiceNow ATF and application lifecycle management.
  • B2+ English (multilingual environment).
