About FunCrafters

We're a pioneering mobile gaming company with a legacy of over a decade, dedicated to crafting immersive experiences. As we embark on our new Puzzle RPG game, we're seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join our team and help shape the future of mobile gaming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance, low-latency backend systems using C#.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  • Implement network programming, multithreading, and concurrency techniques to optimize system performance.
  • Work with public cloud systems, such as GCP or AWS, to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain messaging infrastructure using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
  • Design and implement database solutions using SQL, NoSQL, and caching technologies like Redis.
  • Ensure Docker and Kubernetes are used effectively to manage large-scale infrastructure.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive project success.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in C# programming language.
  • Solid experience in network programming.
  • Deep knowledge of multithreading and concurrency.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud systems.
  • Familiarity with messaging infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and caching technologies.
  • Practical experience in using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong background in building and managing large-scale infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English (min. B2)
  • Polish (min. B1)
