About the Role

The Global Benefits Analyst will be a key member of the Expat Team, supporting the day-to-day tasks related to expatriate benefits offered by Aon's clients. This role will provide administrative and analytical support to the consultants, ensuring advice and services meet client expectations and commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy administration: handling membership change requests, invoicing, and other related activities.
  • Assisting consultants with policy administration tasks, such as policy renewals and other associated queries.
  • Managing and completing various tasks, including communication materials, policy documentation, and handling Aon's data portal - Greater Insight.
  • Ensuring all information stored in the system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Working with the team to maintain high quality and delivery within SLAs.
  • Participating in projects aimed at Team's process improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent English writing skills (B2+ or C1 level) for corresponding with clients.
  • Good organizational skills to balance various tasks and projects.
  • Very good communication skills to drive teamwork, results delivery, and client value creation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, mainly advanced Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • High attention to details and strong problem-solving skills.
