Convince yourself of a cross-brand activity with us. As Process Manager General Ledger at KION ITS EMEA, you will be part of an unbeatable team that operates in a dynamic and international environment. The focus is on the continuous transformation and optimization of our processes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the group-wide harmonization, standardization, and automation of accounting and reporting processes, with a special focus on the general ledger.
  • Design, introduce, manage, and control end-to-end processes to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Verify local process requirements and adapt them optimally to group-wide standards.
  • Develop templates for standardized processes and play a central role in the implementation of SAP S4/HANA and the transfer of activities to the KION Center of Excellence in Krakow.
  • Train key users to ensure that relevant teams are well prepared for new processes and systems.
  • Act as the central contact person for all KION companies, responsible for topics related to the general ledger and accrual processes in the SAP S4/HANA Accrual Engine.
Your Profile
  • Many years of professional experience in core general ledger processes, ideally with a focus on accrual processes.
  • A degree in economics and sound accounting knowledge according to IFRS.
  • Several years of experience with SAP FI/CO, ideally also in other modules or SAP S4/HANA, and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of classic or agile project methods is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to act confidently in German and English, even in an international environment.
  • Project-related international willingness to travel rounds off your profile.
