About the Position

We are looking for a Multilingual Customer Service Professional to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients speaking Finnish and English.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Address contract and billing issues promptly
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both B2B and B2C clients
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Finnish (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse clientele
  • A valid contract or mandate agreement
  • Availability to work 5 days a week with 8.5 hour shifts per day
  • Willingness to work from the office in Warsaw
