Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing relationships with existing priority/premium clients
  • Providing ongoing support for guarantee and core trade transactions
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new facilities
  • Working closely with our GTS sales team to structure non-standard trade solutions
  • Providing product and system trainings for clients
  • Conducting client reviews and visits
  • Analyzing guarantee and core trade transaction processes to improve service quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of trade finance products
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in Polish and English
