About the Role

The Event Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional events and meetings that exceed our clients' expectations. As an Event Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual, and logistics.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure exceptional service and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve event delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event management, preferably in a corporate or travel industry setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of event management software, such as Cvent or Lanyon, is a plus.
