Job Title: Senior Tradeshows & Events Specialist EMEA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Tradeshows & Events Specialist to join our EMEA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and implementing Boston Scientific's presence at EMEA-based tradeshows and events to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tradeshows and major events for all divisions, including planning, budget management, schedules, and communication tools.
  • Act as a project leader on international tradeshows and work closely with the marketing project leader to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage housing and registration using Cvent platform, booth catering, and communication tools.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Boston Scientific's key event programs, including sales meetings, virtual kick-off, and channel partner meetings.
  • Optimize brand exposure and ensure external communication tools meet legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Foster collaboration with the EMEA Tradeshow and Event team to optimize resources and ensure synergistic brand exposure.
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional and cross-functional business partners at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, logistics, and project management.
  • Proven experience in international tradeshows and events, with a strong understanding of the EMEA market.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix structure.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral, with German language skills a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
