About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NGP Operations Coordinator to join our team at Chabre IT Services Sp. z.o.o. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our NGP operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exception Monitoring and Resolution: Monitor daily exception reports to identify blocked orders and take corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
  • Order Reactivation: Reactivate blocked orders by contacting the appropriate parties across different markets and resending orders when necessary.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze patterns in failed orders and propose optimizations to reduce future errors and improve operational efficiency.
  • Automation Strategies: Suggest automation strategies for resolving recurring order issues and improving operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers to define scope and requirements for potential automation solutions.

Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and propose improvements.
  • Basic Technical Understanding: Basic technical understanding, with the ability to trigger re-exports (training provided).
  • Good Communication Skills: Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and establish routines.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Familiarity with SAP, Commercetools, MS Excel, and PowerBI is desirable (can be trained).
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, solving operational challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent English Skills: Excellent English skills (min. B2 level).
