Drive Sales Growth with Divante

At Divante, we seek a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to lead our Sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our business presence. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled sales professional to leverage their expertise in solution sales, motivate clients, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional client service, ensure timely delivery of proposals, and lead the pursuit process.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in solution sales, preferably in the e-commerce or payment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles, leading teams, and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- First-hand knowledge of e-commerce, payment industry, or digital commerce, with a genuine interest in innovation and mobile commerce.
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies and a proven ability to work well in a team-selling environment.
