We're seeking an Inside Sales Account Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales department, you'll be responsible for revitalizing dormant accounts and uncovering untapped opportunities within our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Revitalization: Proactively contact dormant accounts that have been inactive for 12 to 24 months, with the goal of reigniting their interest and exploring growth opportunities.
- Named Account Management: Operate on a named account basis, ensuring clear accountability and personalized account management to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Development Representatives and Account Managers, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure cohesive sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Ensure that customer records are updated and maintained regularly in our CRM systems, providing accurate and up-to-date information for strategic decision-making.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving customers to purchase better versions of previously purchased products and new offerings.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role within the IT or software industry.
- Language Skills: Speaks fluent English; proficiency in French, German, or Dutch is a significant asset.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrates a proactive approach with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability: Embraces change and is adaptable to new processes, ensuring a positive attitude towards evolving company strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
