Drive Sales Growth with Divante

We're seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational tasks for assigned Sales Executives/Consultants
  • Manage operations of multidisciplinary teams around Segments to secure Lead Generation
  • Lead calls with Clients
  • Develop an understanding of our customers' business, workflows, and pain points
  • Identify opportunities and bring them to internal business partners
  • Support executing strategic and tactical sales plans to identify and shape new opportunities
  • Manage HubSpot CRM

Requirements:

  • Proactive attitude
  • Expertise in Lead generation or Sales-related roles of at least 2+ years
  • Experience in managing simultaneous conversations with stakeholders
  • Experience in a team-selling environment for mid+ and large organizations
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

It's great if you also have:

  • First-hand knowledge of eCommerce or the payment industry
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills in German
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
