Drive Sales Growth with Divante
We're seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational tasks for assigned Sales Executives/Consultants
- Manage operations of multidisciplinary teams around Segments to secure Lead Generation
- Lead calls with Clients
- Develop an understanding of our customers' business, workflows, and pain points
- Identify opportunities and bring them to internal business partners
- Support executing strategic and tactical sales plans to identify and shape new opportunities
- Manage HubSpot CRM
Requirements:
- Proactive attitude
- Expertise in Lead generation or Sales-related roles of at least 2+ years
- Experience in managing simultaneous conversations with stakeholders
- Experience in a team-selling environment for mid+ and large organizations
- Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
It's great if you also have:
- First-hand knowledge of eCommerce or the payment industry
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in German
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
