About the Role

Aptean is seeking an experienced Sales Engagement Specialist to re-engage dormant accounts and uncover new opportunities within our existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact dormant accounts to reignite their interest and explore growth opportunities.
  • Operate on a named account basis, ensuring clear accountability and personalized account management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving customers to purchase better versions of previously purchased products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role within the IT or software industry.
  • Fluent in English and German, Dutch, or French.
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach with a strong results-oriented mindset.
