">Aptean is evolving, and we are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in Wrocław, Poland. Our ERP solutions are reshaping industries worldwide, from Food & Beverage, through Chemicals & Cosmetics to Manufacturing.
About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of re-engaging dormant accounts and uncovering new opportunities within existing customer bases.
- The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
- This role focuses on revitalizing inactive accounts, driving customer engagement, and contributing to Aptean's growth strategy.
Your Responsibilities

- Proactively contact dormant accounts that have been inactive for 12 to 24 months, with the goal of reigniting their interest and exploring growth opportunities.
- Operate on a named account basis, ensuring clear accountability and personalized account management to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure cohesive sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for strategic decision-making by regularly updating customer records in CRM systems.

Estimated Salary Range
Based on industry standards and the location, we estimate the salary range for this position to be approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year.
