As our Receptionist, you will be part of this dynamic team and play a crucial role in providing optimal communication between management and staff.
**Job Description**
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and internal messages
- Transmitting and receiving national and international courier & phone calls
- Maintaining records of writings and supervising normal document flow
- Welcome and manage company Guests (restaurant reservations, flights, taxis, hotel bookings etc.)
- Preparation of corporate meetings, external and internal, conferences and training courses for employees of each Department
- Supporting the organization of business travel for employees (airline tickets, rail, taxis, hotels, vehicle rental, Visa, etc.)
- Taking care of the office space (e.g. supervising cleaning company, ordering office supplies), especially in the area of reception
- Collaborate with Office service providers - making a selection, verification of the quality, together with Procurement carrying out of negotiations and conditions of cooperation
- Create purchase orders (SRM), daily communication with suppliers
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international environment
- Openness, positive & proactive attitude with excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, can-do approach.
- Fluency in Polish & English
- Computer literacy (MS Office), knowledge of SAP, SRM would be an additional asset plus basic office equipment (fax, photocopier, printer, scanner, etc.)
