About the Role

Imperial Brands - a leading global FMCG business, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead the development and implementation of our Global Process Excellence strategy within our GSC hub in Warsaw.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, building and continuously improving business processes, including development and implementation of improvement solutions in the areas of Order Management and Customer Service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving effective change management processes, shaping our global processes and dashboards for the digital Supply Chain of tomorrow, and ensuring we maintain our competitive position in the market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Designing, building, and continuously improving business processes, including development and implementation of improvement solutions in the areas of Order Management and Customer Service.
  • Driving supply chain innovation and best practices projects and successful implementation of those initiatives.
  • Scaling up supply chain capabilities (process, systems and people/functional training) to drive higher performance top line and bottom line.
  • Evaluation of proposals of improvements/new requirements coming from the business users and driving the change onwards in cooperation with the business and related stakeholders.
  • Define improvement initiatives road map and with regular project status updates, be the single accountable point for key stakeholders.
  • Driving force in change management process in close cooperation with Business Process Owners.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A very good level of proven experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally in Order Management & Customer Service, or similar SC planning area (Planning, DRP, Logistics) preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Business process re-engineering & modelling experience.
  • Systems savvy & logical thinking (SAP, ERP, TMS).
  • Strategic thinking with proven track record of supply chain innovation experience.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Self-confidence & excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills at all levels.
