About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Global Business Process Manager - ESE CoE to join our team in Global Business Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and executing various administrative tasks related to external stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead Business Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements and identify areas for optimization.
  • Operational Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to Engagement Owners (EOs) and Sponsorship Owners (SOs) on the end-to-end process within the ESE tool from submission through closure.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, ensuring seamless execution of external stakeholder engagements.
Requirements:
  • Strong Business Acumen: 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment, preferably in a shared service setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Expertise: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
