Job Title: Business Development Manager
About Square One Resources Sp. z o.o.We are a leading provider of outsourcing IT services, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Pursue new business leads in both Polish and international markets, leveraging your expertise to establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our business solutions and drive revenue growth.
- Create development plans, including sales pipelines and implementation strategies, to build new profitable businesses.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their requests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment agency, software house, or IT consulting sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT sector and business processes, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- A can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity, and courage to bring new ideas to the table.
- Proficiency in English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
