We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to drive business growth and development in our organization. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively acquiring new customers in both Polish and international markets
  • Promoting and selling business solutions to potential clients through all sales channels
  • Creating development plans, including an active sales pipeline and implementation strategies, to build new profitable businesses
  • Actively and successfully managing the sales process, including generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating with clients, and closing deals

In addition, you will:

  • Follow up on clients' requests
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration tasks are completed properly
  • Develop lasting relationships with assigned SQ1 clients and hired consultants
  • Resolve problems related to the activities of contractors and customers

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of successful experience in business development in a recruitment agency, software house or IT consulting & services company
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes
  • Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
  • A can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity, and courage to bring new ideas
  • A good command of English (B2 level)
