Job Title: Expert Marketing Manager

About the Role:

As an Expert Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering pre and post-launch content dedicated to healthcare professionals at a country level, working closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) following the brands' strategy.

You will provide medical content and briefing for KOLs at congresses, work closely with the team to provide content dedicated to HCPs and strategic insights to marketing materials and projects, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry codes.

You will also organize advisory boards at a national level and deliver local or international publications, congress posters, and presentations in collaboration with KOLs. In this role, you will be an expert on product content and provide medical and scientific education to KOLs and medical training for commercial colleagues through presentations and training.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a key interface on behalf of Haleon with external organizations, including healthcare organizations, medical and pharmaceutical associations, and external experts.
  • Implement the local education strategy in line with brands' activation strategy.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Engage with KOLs, map KOLs for the brand and category, and gather KOL insights on Haleon's products.
  • Organize local advisory boards, including content, objectives, speakers, and attendees.
  • Provide first HCP contact at congresses and symposia, brief KOLs for congress and symposia presentations, and provide contracts for external activities with HCPs.
  • Build networks with stakeholders within global, regional, and local teams.
  • Develop SOPs and working instructions to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance in processes related to Expert Marketing.
  • Develop training decks and provide training for commercial teams about Haleon products and competitors.
  • Provide medical and scientific input on marketing projects and materials in collaboration with the Expert Lead and Marketing Lead.
  • Ensure all medical and marketing projects, materials, and presentations are compliant with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Ensure alignment with product strategies and drive execution timelines, ensure budget oversight, and share metrics around deliverables and successes.
  • Deliver KPIs to measure success and improvement areas, and drive transparency through consistent communications.

Basic Qualifications:
  • University or college degree in life sciences or a related field, or certification in a related allied health profession from an accredited institution.
  • 5 or more years of medical or expert brand marketing experience in the consumer products or OTC industry.
  • Experience delivering insights-based medical communications.
  • Experience in large-scale new product launches, collaboration with global teams, and delivering results in a matrix organization.
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and strategic thinking, with strong ownership, engagement, and leadership skills.
  • MS Office proficiency and solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and ability to adapt and work effectively in a matrix structure.
  • Advanced English language skills and proficiency in other languages, such as Polish.
