About the Role

As a key member of the Haleon team, you will be responsible for delivering pre and post-launch content dedicated to healthcare professionals at a country level. This role requires working closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to follow the brands' strategy. You will provide medical content and briefing for KOLs at congresses while maintaining a strong sense of compliance with the pharmaceutical industry codes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Being a key interface on behalf of Haleon with external organizations including healthcare organizations, medical/pharmaceutical associations, external experts, and more.
  2. Implementing the local education strategy in line with the brands' activation strategy.
  3. Coordinating internal/external resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  4. Expert engagement activities: establishing and managing relationships with KOLs, mapping KOLs for the brand/category, and gathering KOL insights on Haleon's products.
  5. Organizing local (PL) advisory boards (content, objectives, speakers, attendees). First HCP contact at congresses and symposia, briefing KOLs for congress and symposia presentations. Providing contracts for external (consultancy/speaker) activities with HCPs.
  6. Building networks with and working closely with stakeholders within global, regional, and PL teams.
  7. Delivering international and local publications and congress posters within strategy of the product.
  8. Developing SOPs and working instructions to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance in processes related to expert marketing.
  9. Developing training decks and providing training for commercial teams about Haleon products and competitors.
  10. Providing medical scientific input on marketing projects and materials in collaboration with the expert lead and marketing lead.
  11. Ensuring all medical and marketing projects, materials, and presentations are compliant with applicable laws and company policies.
  12. Ensuring alignment with product strategies and driving execution timelines, ensuring budget oversight, and sharing metrics around deliverables and successes.
  13. Delivering KPIs to measure success/improvement areas and driving transparency through consistent communications.

Basic Qualifications:
  1. University/college degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. 5 or more years of medical/expert/brand marketing experience in the consumer products or OTC industry.
  3. Experience delivering insights-based medical communications.
  4. Experience in large-scale new product launches; collaboration with global teams; delivering results in a matrix organization; ability to build strong internal networks and communicate across departments and functions to meet business objectives.
  5. Strong presentation skills.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Goal-oriented and strategic thinking; strong ownership, engagement, and leadership skills.
  8. MS Office proficiency.
  9. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  10. Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  11. Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations in a matrix structure.
  12. Advanced English and Polish language skills.
