Job Summary
">This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Poll Calculator and Financial Operations Manager. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and collecting all required inputs to payroll, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to process payroll, preparing, reviewing and validating payroll files and reports, helping resolve input errors and other issues from vendors or internal stakeholders, responding to internal and external stakeholders regarding questions or issues related to payroll data and/or payroll reports, participation in projects related to payroll, and ongoing monitoring of changes in tax, social security and labor law.
">About the Role
">We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate who has at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in payroll area within a complex international organization. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Polish labor law and social security regulations, experience in cooperation with payroll services providers, ability to effectively engage and mobilize diverse local and global stakeholders, flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment, structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales, very good knowledge of MS Excel and analytical skills, excellent communication (written and verbal), collaborative and proactive working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions, fluency in Polish and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

What You’ll Get?
">You’ll get a competitive salary of around €40,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position, and you will be working in our Warsaw office.
