Visionary Marketing for a New Era of Kidney Care

Baxter is embarking on a transformative journey to separate our $5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company, Vantive. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of kidney care and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Regional Marketing Western Europe and Cluster/Country Marketers to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with our overall regional strategy.
  2. Work closely with country marketers to advise on branding and marketing issues, ensuring strong market positions and business growth.
  3. Proactively identify and recommend digital marketing opportunities to drive business results and optimize marketing spend.
  4. Develop and track business metrics, effectively communicating progress and results to stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Business Unit Heads and Medical Affairs, to drive customer-focused initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Passionate about digital solutions and experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital programs.
  2. Solid knowledge of the pharma sector and experience in interpreting market research and translating it into actionable tactics.
  3. Excellent project management and quantitative skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  5. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis, with experience in developing and tracking business metrics.
