About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our Intercompany Hub team at KION Business Services Polska. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our intercompany accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Accrue and record intercompany transactions in a timely manner
  • Netting and month-end activities to ensure financial stability
  • Prepare and present KPI reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with accounting teams from other branches of the company
  • Update procedures and implement process improvements
  • Support Team Leader in daily operations and prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling accounting processes (AP, AR or GL)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of E2E Intercompany process
  • Excellent communication skills in business English (min. B2)
  • Ability to adapt and learn fast, remain focused in changing environment, multitask, prioritize and work to key deadlines
