We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, sales, and client management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
This role is centered around the development and management of your own client portfolio, fostering regular engagement and collaboration.
- 3+ years of successful experience in business development in a recruitment agency, software house or IT consulting - must have
- Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes
- Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques
- Can-do attitude, open-minded mindset, curiosity and courage to bring new ideas
- Good command of English
- Employment contract
