About the Job:The HRIS Business Partner Lead will act as a liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure that our HRIS system is configured correctly and meets organizational requirements. This will involve providing configuration consulting and guidance on Workday modules, such as Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence. The successful candidate will also lead the HRIS functional team to configure Workday according to best practices and business needs.
Responsibilities:- Configure Workday modules to meet organizational requirements
- Provide configuration consulting and guidance to HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Lead the HRIS functional team to configure Workday according to best practices and business needs
- Identify root causes of system issues and drive resolutions
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, or a related field and at least 7 years of experience in HRIS, specifically with Workday configuration in at least three modules. The candidate should also have experience leading a configuration team and demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
