Job Description

The Partner Excellence Lead will play a critical role in driving commercial and business excellence within partner markets by designing, planning, and implementing processes, tools, and initiatives to maximize top- and bottom-line results.

  • Drive the development and implementation of the Partner Excellence Plan focusing on key priorities.
  • Partner with Regional Leads on partner performance, selection, KPIs, coverage, market prioritization, and Sales Force Effectiveness.
  • Lead and drive SFE/Commercial Excellence culture and philosophy across all markets.
Key Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Excellent oral and written communications/presentations, results orientation, facilitation, and teamwork skills.
