KYP.ai platform - Productivity 360° captures vast amounts of unstructured information, skillfully blending process and task mining techniques to analyze it. This provides companies with insights into how work gets done, enabling them to see, understand, and act on the information.

This means joining a start-up/scale-up company comprised of experienced individuals passionate about process mining, digital transformation, and AI/ML. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business needs into actionable, implementable features while evaluating associated risks and opportunities.
  • Conducting in-depth competitive analyses to identify and capitalize on opportunities for new functionalities that set the product apart in the productivity mining landscape.
  • Developing Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases, complete with structured documentation and detailed Acceptance Criteria.
  • Closely collaborating with the Head of Product, CTO, other Business Analysts, and the UX/UI Designer to align feature development with the overall product vision.
  • Partnering with Customer Success and Development teams to ensure seamless translation of customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Contributing to backlog planning and prioritization, ensuring tasks are effectively sequenced and aligned with strategic objectives.
