We are looking for a skilled SERVICE EXCELLENCE REPRESENTATIVE to join our customer service team at Mölnlycke Health Care. As a key player in our global organization, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Your main objective will be to develop yourself in a global environment with an inspirational culture, creating your own career path, and realizing your career ambitions as a Customer Experience Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the entire order process from receipt to delivery, including processing orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
  • Participate in back-office activities such as portfolio price updates, customer account management, and invoicing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Regularly communicate with carriers and customers in English, addressing logistical issues, and ensuring all parties are informed and satisfied.
  • Work with the SAP system for order management, invoicing, and other administrative tasks (knowledge of this system is an advantage, but we provide necessary training).

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in complex Customer Service and/or Sales Support.
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Digital savvy and computer skills (Microsoft suite, SAP or another ERP system).
  • Experience in cross-selling and upselling, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Process-orientation and process improvement mindset.
  • Native level of Czech or Slovak, fluent in English, and communicative level of Hungarian are mandatory.
