Job Description

As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing standard and complex administrative services to ensure the efficient delivery of Employee LifeCycle services. This includes filing supporting documents and performing necessary data quality controls.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Providing standard and complex administrative services.
  2. Filing supporting documents.
  3. Necessary data quality controls.
  4. Maintenance of organizational management data and employee lifecycle events.
Requirements
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a multinational organization in a similar role.
  • Hands-on SAP HR experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
