Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of service delivery strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations;
  • Managing service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains;
  • Maintaining accurate records of service performance and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions;
  • Developing and managing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI;
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams;
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in service delivery and operations management, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results while working under pressure;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills;
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
