Job Title: Sales Program Manager

Future Metals LLC Sp. Z O.O. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to secure new customers and contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, program management, or a related field, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
