The Sales Development Specialist is a key member of the TN Poland team, responsible for driving sales growth and brand awareness in the gastronomy sector.
You will work closely with the On-Trade team to develop and implement strategies that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Deliver sales objectives according to brand plans.
- Achieve appointed sales, distribution, and visibility objectives.
- Implement and evaluate promotional activities to provide best solutions, timing, and placement.
- Regularly visit customers to build relationships and understand their needs.
- Develop account management capabilities by negotiating contracts under RSM supervision.
- Ensure optimum stock levels within all serviced customers.
- Collect orders and control deliveries.
- Collect and update information about competitors' activities.
- Conduct brand training for trade partners under supervision.
- Report on the Mobile Reporting System.
- Sales delivery and achievement.
- Customer relationship building.
- Promotional activity implementation.
- Contract negotiation and account management.
