About the Role

The Sales Development Specialist is a key member of the TN Poland team, responsible for driving sales growth and brand awareness in the gastronomy sector.

You will work closely with the On-Trade team to develop and implement strategies that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

  1. Deliver sales objectives according to brand plans.
  2. Achieve appointed sales, distribution, and visibility objectives.
  3. Implement and evaluate promotional activities to provide best solutions, timing, and placement.
  4. Regularly visit customers to build relationships and understand their needs.
  5. Develop account management capabilities by negotiating contracts under RSM supervision.
  6. Ensure optimum stock levels within all serviced customers.
  7. Collect orders and control deliveries.
  8. Collect and update information about competitors' activities.
  9. Conduct brand training for trade partners under supervision.
  10. Report on the Mobile Reporting System.
