Job DescriptionWe are currently advertising this role to establish a pool of interested talent within the customer service area for future openings. Individuals with a customer-oriented attitude and excellent organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers through different channels (emails and chats)
- Analyzing and solving customer queries
- Sharing information on administrative and technical requests

Requirements:
- English at C1 level or above
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work in shifts 24/7
