Customer Service Role Overview

As a Customer Service Agent with English, you will be supporting our prestige brand clients on the European market, providing an exceptional customer experience on all interactions, leaving a lasting impression. Our extensive initial training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to work confidently.

Job Description

We are currently advertising this role to establish a pool of interested talent within the customer service area for future openings. Individuals with a customer-oriented attitude and excellent organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply. We will reach out to successful candidates as soon as the right position becomes available.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting customers through different channels (emails and chats)
  2. Analyzing and solving customer queries
  3. Sharing information on administrative and technical requests
  4. Making changes to the system
  5. Forwarding faults to other departments
  6. Upselling and promoting products

Requirements:

  • English at C1 level or above
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work in shifts 24/7
