Customer Service Representative Position

Join our international team as a skilled Customer Service Representative, delivering exceptional service and support to our global customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee transaction management, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct bid and tender evaluations, negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Develop and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Implement master data management strategies, focusing on data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Address order management issues promptly and effectively.
  • Streamline order management processes, enhancing the customer experience and reducing manual intervention.
  • Resolving disputes efficiently, leveraging active listening and conflict resolution skills.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
